Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/17/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Damian Brown, 31, Owensboro, was charged with three counts of third degree burglary.

Juanita Brown, 74, Owensboro, was charged with second degree hindering prosecution.

Vernon Chappell, 46, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Mark Collins, 40, Hawesville, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks.

Michael Cottrell, 30, Owensboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or evading police, failure to appear and driving a moped without a license

Damon Denson, 40, Maceo, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and second degree fleeing or evading police on foot.

Mark Fowler, 34, Owensboro, was served a warrant charging third degree terroristic threatening and second degree assault.

Mary Gamblin, 30, Owensboro, was charged with second degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500.

Megan Gregory, 26, Owensboro, was charged with second degree fleeing or evading police on foot, third degree criminal trespassing, first degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and served a warrant on failure to appear and contempt of court.

Joseph Harrison, 32, was charged with second degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking or disposition from vehicle less than $500.

Keith Jackson, 22, Whitesville, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $10,000.

Freddie Jarrells, 51, Evansville, Ind., was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, possession of marijuana, and third degree possession of possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Scott, 45, Owensboro, was charged with third degree criminal mischief.

Michael Shaffer, 18, Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Jereth Williams, 27, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500.

Justin Clark, 19, Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Matthew Fulkerson, 27, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

David Harper, 25, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nathan Hope, 22, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ryan Jones, 26, Newburgh, Ind., was charged with third degree criminal mischief.

Clinton Kochlis, 35, was charged with third degree criminal mischief.

Jimmy Renfrow, 45, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Dominique Robinson, 19, Owensboro, was charged with illegal possession of a legend drug.

Anthony Romero, 48, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Charles Turner, 27, Whitesville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Javis Wilson, 18, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500.

John Allen, 44, Owensboro, was charged with third degree terroristic threatening.

Than Aung, 22, Owensboro, was charged with two counts of fourth degree assault.

Vicki Bailey, 50, Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition less than $500, theft by unlawful taking or disposition between $500 and $10,000, and tampering with physical evidence.

Dakota Brown, 18, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Veronica Conder, 34, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Arnulto Esteban, 31, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault, menacing and resisting arrest.

Richard Howard, 30, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Zimi John, 21, Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Talina Keelin, 32, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Pascual Lucas, 35, Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving a moped without a license.

Cynthia Maxwell, 39, Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Beverly Morris, 45, Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Rojelio Ozuna, 54, Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Zachary Puckett, 26, Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Douglas Rockey, 22, Owensboro, was charged with two counts of fourth degree assault.
