KENTUCKY (11/9/12) – Recognize an individual or entity for efforts to protect the environment by nominating them for a 2013 Earth Day award presented by the Kentucky Environmental Quality Commission (EQC).
 
Persons or entities that display an outstanding commitment to Kentucky’s environment are eligible. To nominate a group, submit a nomination form and any accompanying documentation to the EQC, 500 Mero Street, 12th floor, Capital Plaza Tower, Frankfort, KY 40601 or e-mail the form to Janet Pinkston at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Nomination forms are available on EQC’s Website at http://eqc.ky.gov. The deadline is Jan. 15, 2013.

The annual EQC awards ceremony will take place in April 2013.
