KENTUCKY (11/13/12) – The Kentucky State Police is seeking your help on a cold case, which involved the Murder of Duane W. Caldwell in Clinton, Kentucky.
On January the 7th, 1985 Duane W. Caldwell and his wife were walking to their vehicle, which was located at the First Federal Savings and Loan parking lot, after closing their market. When they approached their vehicle, an unknown man, came out from a nearby alley. The unknown man was described as a black male, wearing a red ski mask, and was armed with a gun. Duane W. Caldwell and his wife Betty Caldwell were robbed by the unknown gunman. Duane W. Caldwell was shot and murdered by the unknown gunman during the course of the robbery.
