mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/19/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Thursday, Dec. 19.

Ray Terrance, 20, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for failure to signal, operating on suspended license and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Lauren Hancock, 24, of Hanson was arrested Dec. 18 for theft by unlawful taking and wanton endangerment. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Shelia Benton, 39, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest, and terroristic threatening. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

John Whitsell, 53, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Timothy Maypray, 53, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Ronald Winningham, 35, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Tyson Woolfork, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 18 for assault in the fourth degree and criminal mischief. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Clara Keown, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 18 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Tara Strange, 39, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for theft by deception includes cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Austin Vanmatre, 18, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 18 for Logan County. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Michael Gamblin, 22, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 18 for criminal mischief. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Heather Northam, 33, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in original container. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Kenneth Helms, 38, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for trafficking in controlled substance and giving officer a false name/address. The arresting officers were Josh Mitchell and Allen Stokes.

Cynthia Faulk, 58, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 18 for trafficking in controlled substance. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
