MURRAY, KY (4/9/12) – On Sunday, April 8, at about 6:20 pm, Murray Police Department officers were dispatched to the BP station at 15th and Main in reference to a fight.
After a short investigation, officers found that Dustin Garland, 19, of Murray, was stabbed in the abdomen with a knife. Garland was transported to the MCCH emergency room by a private vehicle and then airlifted to Vanderbilt Medical Facility in Nashville.
A juvenile has been charged with 1st degree assault and lodged in the juvenile detention center in McCracken County.
