CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (8/20/12) – The Murray-Calloway County Hospital Shared Care Adult Day Health Care program announces participation in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program administered by the Kentucky Department of Education.
Participants eligible for free and/or reduced price meals must have a complete application with documentation of eligibility information which may include a SNAP, SSI, or Medicaid case number, or names of household members and income information.
Meals will be served at no separate charge to enrolled participants at the center and are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. In accordance with Federal Law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
