CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (9/12/12) – A Murray man has been arrested and charged with drug offenses following a traffic stop early Tuesday.
On September 11, 2012 just before 1 a.m. William B. Hornbuckle, 61, of Murray, Kentucky was stopped by Trooper Jody Cash for erratic driving. During the roadside investigation, it was determined that Hornbuckle was under the influence and was arrested.
During the search, Trooper Cash discovered a used pipe and suspected crack cocaine. Hornbuckle was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs First Offense (class B misdemeanor), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (class A misdemeanor), and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Crack Cocaine, (class D Felony). Hornbuckle was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
