mowing trans 300FRANKFORT, Ky. (4/30/13) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reminds you that state highway crews and contract crews have started litter pickup and mowing activities across the region.
 
Motorists are reminded that mowing equipment operators are required to cross travel lanes from time to time as they go about their work. Motorists are reminded that a mowing zone requires the same caution as any other work zone.
 
Whenever you see a Mowing Zone sign please slow down and be alert.
