Richard Moore III, 31, of Shamrock Drive was served an arrest warrant on April 1, at Laffoon Trail for Display or Possession of Cancelled or Fictitious Operating License. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Deborah Parker, 38, of South Carrolton was served an arrest warrant on April 1, on East Center Street for Theft by Deception/Including Cold Checks. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Thomas Mays, 28, of East Broadway Street was arrested on April 1, on Hipple for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Richard Brinkley, 23, of Providence was served an arrest warrant on April 1, on South Main Street for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Christopher Boyd, 28, of Floyd Street was served an arrest warrant on April 1, on North Scott Street for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Display All Others. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Amber Jones, 26, of Madisonville was arrested on April 1, for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operating License. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Tara Pichardo, 38, of Thompson Ave. was arrested on April 1, on Thornberry Drive for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
