Multiple above-ground swimming pools also showed signs of damage, authorities added.

The investigation into the vandalism led authorities to arrest Johnathan R. Embry, 24, on two counts of First Degree Criminal Mischief. Police allege he is responsible for two of the locations where damage occurred, and noted that additional charges are pending for other incidents in the area.
