Hopkinsville Seal 02 300HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (8/26/13) – Mayor Dan Kemp invites the community to attend a welcome reception for Hopkinsville’s new City Administrative Officer Mr. Nate Pagan.
 
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 3 from 5:00 p.m. until just before the 6:00 p.m. City Council meeting in the Lackey Municipal Center second floor Council Chamber.
 
Kemp said, “We are excited to have Nate join our team and we hope the community will turn out to wish him well and lend their support. We look forward to hosting this informal gathering to allow media, city employees, and members of the greater community an opportunity to become acquainted with him.”
 
Pagan joins the city with nearly 10 years of executive-level government administration experience. An Owensboro native, he currently serves as Director of Community Services for Daviess County, Kentucky (population 97,000), where he directly supervises the fire, emergency management, parks, and animal control departments which provide primary services to nearly 40,000 residents. Nate also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Murray State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
