Owensboro Police Reports Activity

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/19/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Tuesday, Sept. 17:

Matthew T. Troutman, of the 80 block of Woodford Ave., was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Unspecified First Offense and First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine First Offense.

Anthony T. Logsdon, of Owensboro, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor First Offense, Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Unspecified, and First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine First Offense.

Shaun P. Fry, off the 200 block of E. 22nd Street, was arrested at 11:17 p.m., on charges of Second Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor Second Offense, First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine Second Offense.

Amy B. Bartlett, of the 200 block of E. 22nd Street, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor First Offense.

Tiffany K. Wood, of the 200 block of E. 22nd Street, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine First Offense, Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Allen L. Barger, of the 900 block of Marianna Dr., was arrested at 10:42 p.m., on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Misty M. Carden, 900 of the block Marianna of Dr., was 10:35 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Jeffery T. Hudson, of the 200 block of E. 22nd Street, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine First Offense, First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor Second or Greater Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Alicia A. Stewart, of the 1400 block of Haynes Ave., was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.
