GHOST 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/30/13) – Due to weather predictions of 100 percent chance of inclement weather on Oct. 31, the City of Madisonville has issued a change in the official Trick or Treat hours from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1.

Motorists are asked to exercise extra caution during this time as children venture through neighborhoods and cross intersections.
