Madisonville Police Reports – December 2, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/2/13) - The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Monday, Dec. 2.

Kristy Tate, 26, of Madisonville was arrested Nov. 30 for trafficking synthetic drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Rebecca Adams, 29, of Sturgis was arrested Nov. 29 for possession of controlled substance, prescription of controlled substance not in original container, tampering with physical evidence, possession of synthetic cannabinoid and DUI. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

John Jowers, 45, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 1 for public intoxication controlled substance, resisting arrest, menacing, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Matthew Cook, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 29 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Randall Oliver, 18, of Clay was arrested Nov. 30 for operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Scott Sizemore, 32, of Madisonville was arrested of Nov. 30 for assault in the fourth-degree domestic violence with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Jennifer Alderson, 25, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 30 for assault in the fourth-degree domestic violence with minor injuries. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Sidney Sullivan, 43, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 30 for assault in the fourth-degree domestic violence with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Tristan McKnight, 28, of Madisonville was arrested on Dec. 1 for assault in the fourth-degree domestic violence. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Jana Rivera-Mena, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for probation violation. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Cody Kelly, 23, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 27 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Mark Smith, 37, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 1 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Amber Williams, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 1 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Richard Moore III, 31, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 1 for forgery. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Brenda Adams, 66, of Madisonville was arrested Nov. 29 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Billy Qualls, 37, of Madisonville was arrested Nov. 30 for disorderly conduct and menacing. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Brandon Hughes, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 30 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Kevin Scott, 45, of Madisonville was arrested Nov. 30 for no/expired reg. plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Carrie Wicks, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 30 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Danyel Barr, 35, of Louisville was served a warrant and arrested Nov. 30 for non-payment of fines, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol, failure of owner to maintain insurance, no/expired Ky. plates, and possession of alcohol beverage in motor vehicle. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Danny Wicks, 47, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 30 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Bobby Johnson, 20, of Evansville, Ind. was arrested Nov. 30 for public intoxication controlled substance. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Mark Adams, 32, of Sturgis was arrested Nov. 29 for public intoxication, possession of synthetic cannabinoid. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Kelly Kemble, 31, of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant Nov. 29 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Kelly Hager, 35, of Greenville was arrested Nov. 29 theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Timothy Oglesby, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Nov. 27 for contempt of court and violation of Ky. EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
