mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/13/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Friday, Dec. 13.

Nathan Hanvy, 25, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 12 for carrying a concealed deadly weapon. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Tina Hughes, 30, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 12 for failure to produce insurance card, disregarding traffic control devices and operating on a suspended operator’s license. The arresting officer was Chip White.

Marc Jones, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest on a warrant Dec. 12 for failure to pay fines and theft by unlawful taking under $500 – shoplifting. The arresting officer is Jeff Miller.

Wesley Weir, 40, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 12 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Cody Hunt, 19, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 12 for unlawful transaction with a minor and criminal trespassing. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Jerry Emerson, 44, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 12 for providing false information/mislead/incompetent information for sex offender registration and sex offender IM/chat/social network use. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
