CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (12/16/13)—  Frigid weather didn't deter an enthusiastic crowd from turning out for the Central City Christmas Parade Sunday, Dec. 15. The 5 p.m. starting time brought out all ages to enjoy the marching bands, floats and other participants as they made their way down Broad Street.
