dawsonspringsarrestlog 3DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (1/20/14) — The Dawson Springs Police Department issued the following arrest reports Monday, Jan. 20.

Zachary Bindoo, 21, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 13 with failure to pay fines on a McCracken County warrant. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer, who assisted by Chief Bill Crider.

Bobby Newberry Jr., 32, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 13 with failure to pay fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Jessica Horton, 28, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 16 with fleeing police 1st degree, three counts of disregarding a stop sign, wanton endangerment 1st degree, no registration plates, no registration receipts, failure to notify address change to DOT, no insurance, and reckless driving. Capt. Craig Patterson was the charging officer, who was assisted by Chief Bill Crider.

Brian Holt, 39, Princeton, was charged Jan. 16 with operating on a suspended operator’s license and failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.

Dustin Shumaker, 22, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 16 with failure to pay fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Garth Forsythe, 22, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 16 with failure to pay fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Isaac Chamberlain, 22, Earlington, was charged Jan. 17 with contempt of court on a Webster County warrant. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Davis Stone, 59, Earlington, was charged Jan. 17 with failure to pay fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Cynthis Phillips, 39, Dawson Springs, was charged Jan. 19 with failure to pay fines on a Webster County warrant. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
