mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/27/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Monday, Jan. 27.

  • Karen Spivey, 47, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 26 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third offense. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
  • Jerry Drayer, 46, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 25 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.
  • Terence Ray of Madisonville was charged Jan. 25 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
  • Jason Frazier, 27, of Providence was served an arrest warrant for Hopkins, Muhlenberg, Webster and Daviess counties for theft by deception include cold checks, failure to appear and non-payment of fines. The arresting officers were Russell Nichols, Falon Graham, Jeff Miller, Justin Jones and Paul Haynie.
  • Anthony Garrot, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
  • Roxana Fields, 27, of Dixon was charged Jan. 26 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.
  • Zackarius Franklin, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for receiving stolen property and resisting arrest. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
  • Kelsey Edmondson, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 26 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
  • Michael Faulk, 30, of Slaughters was served an arrest warrant Jan. 24 for probation violation. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
  • Johnson Patterson, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 24 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
  • Sean See, 24, of Catlettsburg was served an arrest warrant Jan. 24 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
  • Stephanie Vannoy, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 24 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
  • Timothy Oglesby, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 26 for failure to appear and contempt of court. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
  • Candice Miller, 29, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant Jan. 26 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
  • Cynthia Avalos, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for trafficking in controlled substance. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
  • Arthor Cox, 52, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 25 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.
  • Angelic Crook, 31, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 25 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and rear license not illuminated. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
  • Troy Cotton, 46, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant Jan. 25 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
  • Nathan Baldwin, 27, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 25 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
  • Jared Graziano, 20, of Nebo was arrested Jan. 24 for speeding 20 mph over speed limit in restricted zone and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
  • Savannah Hayden, 21, of Madisonville was arrested Jan. 25 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence or alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
