Madisonville Police Reports – January 28, 2014

arrest2 green 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/28/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Tuesday, Jan. 28.

David Parker, 19 of Madisonville was charged Jan. 27 for endangering the welfare of a minor. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Charles Thurston, 31, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 27 for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was Josh Mitchell.

Roderick Brinkley, 65, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 27 for terroristic threatening. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Donna Palmer, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 27 for theft by deception includes cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Jamie Davis, 22, of Manitou was served an arrest warrant Jan. 27 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.

Steven Brown, 32, of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant Jan. 27 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Robert Green, 41, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 27 for failure to pay. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Ricky Back, 51, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 27 for Carrell County, Tenn. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
