Hopkins County Sherriff Arrest Report Tuesday, Jan. 28

Arrest Log HCSheriff v2 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (1/28/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department released the following reports Tuesday, Jan. 28.

Shawn C. Whitehair, 39, of Nortonville, was charged Jan. 18 with public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance/meth and drug paraphernalia.

Joshua T. Miller, 31, of Earlington, was charged Jan. 19 with assault/domestic and disorderly conduct.

Amanda S. Hartford, 29, of Madisonville, was charged Jan. 19 with assault/domestic.

Tammie M. Day, 50, of Dawson Springs, was charged on a warrant Jan. 21 with failure to pay fines.

Michael W. Gossett, 35, of Madisonville, was charged Jan. 22 with intimidating a participant in a legal process (warrant).

Joseph D. Lee, 42, of Bremen, was charged Jan. 22 with careless driving, operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belt, disregarding signals of officer directing traffic and fleeing.

Bradley Alan Turner, 32, of Mortons Gap, was charged on a warrant Jan. 23 with failure to appear and failure to pay fines.

Dustin W. Larkins, 29, of Mortons Gap, was charged Jan. 23 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.

Jason O. Earl, 40, of Crofton, was charged Jan. 23 with possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephanie Vannoy, 30, of Madisonville, was charged Jan. 24 with falsely reporting an incident.

Heather Gonzalez, 26, of Madisonville, was charged Jan. 25 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.

Timothy J. Elliott, 39, of St. Charles, was charged Jan. 25 with third-degree rape.

Scotty R. Ford, 40, of Nortonville, was charged Jan. 26 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of ann open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Jordan S. Allen, 20, of Nortonville, was charged on a warrant Jan. 26 for failure to pay fines.

Joshua N. Thompson, 28, of Madisonville, was charged Jan. 26 with public intoxication.
