mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/25/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Tuesday, Feb. 25.

Virgil Coakley, 43, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 24 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Martha Howton, 56, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for Caldwell County and non-payment of fines. The arresting officers were Jared Ward and Richard Cobb.

Cammie Howton, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for falsely reporting an incident and non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was William Strader.

Carroll Reeves, 41, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Janie Howton, 56, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Michael Williams, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Fonda Manning, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Robert Mossey, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 24 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Cgarda Csar, 24, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 24 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.
