UPDATE: Kentucky State Police Locate Subject for Non-Compliant Sex Offender

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (3/22/14) —A warrant for Victor M. Quarles of Hopkinsville was recalled and a summons issued for him.

The summons was issued for the charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration, a Class D Felony, and was served by the Christian County Sheriff's Office at 5:40 p.m. Friday, March 21. Quarles is scheduled to appear in the Christian County District Court April 2.

ORIGINAL STORY:

KENTUCKY (3/21/14) — Kentucky State Police are in search of a Hopkinsville man who failed to comply with the sex offender registry.

Victor M. Quarles, 45, was last seen living at East 21st Street in Hopkinsville and currently has an active warrant for his arrest for failure to comply with sex offender registration, first offense, a Class D Felony.

Quarles is described as a 5-foot-8 black male, weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information concerning Quarles whereabouts is urged to contact the KSP at (270) 676-3313 or toll-free, in Kentucky, at (800) 222-5555. Callers may remain anonymous.
