  • The Hopkins County Homebuilders Association will be hosting the 23rd Annual Home and Garden Show from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 11 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at the Ballard Convention Center, 605 E. Arch St. For more information, call Debbie Todd at (270) 841-7728.

  • Pam’s Dance Barn will be dancing the night away from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, April 11 at 35 Cedar Lane. For more information, call (270) 836-4649.

  • Rachel Young will be performing live at the Green Dragon Tavern located inside the Crowded House from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, April 11 at 26 west Center St. For more information, call (270) 825-1178.

  • The Glema Mahr Center for the Arts presents: Rick Springfield from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. For more information, call (270) 821-2787.

  • Covenant Community Church will be hosting the annual Eggstravaganza at 10 a.m. at the Madisonville City Park. For more information, call (270) 821-2000.

  • Show and Go Car Club Cruise-in will be held at Sonic Drive-in from 3 to 6 p.m. at 960 N. Main St. For more information, call (270) 383-3296.

  • Fair Weather Kings will be performing live at the Green Dragon Tavern located inside the Crowded House from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at 26 west Center St. For more information, call (270) 825-1178.

  • The Hopkins County School Board will have visiting West Hopkins School for a Town Hall Meeting from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. For more information, call (270) 825-6000.

  • The Madisonville Airport Board will be meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, April 14 at the airport terminal building, 162 Airport Road. For more information, call (270) 824-2100.

  • Hopkins County Fiscal Court will be meeting for regular scheduled meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 15. For more information, call (270) 821-8294.

  • The Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park will be hosting their Senior Bingo from 11 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 16 at 20781 Pennyrile Lodge Rd., Dawson Springs, Ky. For more information, call (270) 797-3421.

  • Meet the Candidate: Rand Paul from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 15 at Owensboro Health Multi-care, 444 S. Main St. For more information, call (270) 821-3435.
