mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/18/14) - The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Friday, April 18.
Jordan Isabel, 21, of Earlington was charged April 17 for possession of marijuana, fleeing or evading police second degree (on foot), two counts of non-payment of fines, and three counts of contempt of court, libel, slander, resistance to order. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
Jennifer Perez, 34, of Madisonville was charged April 17 for possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
Kevin S. Scott,  45, of Madisonville was charged April 17 for operating on a suspended operators license. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell. 
Kurt Lawhorn, 48, of Madisonville was charged April 17 for operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.
Troy A. Cotton, 46, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 17 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
Matthew R. Ashby, 29, of Nebo was served an arrest warrant April 17 for careless driving, license to be in possession, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to produce insurance card, prescription controlled substance not in proper container first offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree-drug unspecified, possession of a controlled substance first degree second offense-cocaine, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 second offense. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
Johnny W. McGowen, 50, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 17 for two counts of non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was William Strader.
Johnathon S. Patterson, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 17 for contempt of court, libel, slander, resistance to order. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
