Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - May 9, 2014

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/9/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Friday, May 9.

Tena S. Moore, 50, Madisonville, was charged May 8 with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, first offense, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended operators license, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first offense, and second-degree possession of a controlled substance. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Alexander Phebus, 22, Madisonville, was charged May 8 with public intoxication excluding alcohol. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.

Chelsea L. Cook, 19, Slaughters, was charged May 8 for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance. The arresting officer was Det. Blake Carlisle.

Samuel E. Kington, 19,  Madisonville, was charged May 7 on a Calloway County warrant for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Aaron P. Vanlue, 23, Madisonville, was charged May 8 with non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Dicee S. Stewart, 33, Madisonville, was charged May 8 with fourth-degree assault/domestic violence with minor injury. The arresting officer was Jason Barnes.
