Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (5/9/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Friday, May 9.

Cody A. Dunlap, 25, Dawson Springs, was charged May 5 with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Donald Weatherwax, 33, Madisonville, was charged May 5 on five warrants for failure to pay fines.

Nathan K. Morrow, 27, Madisonville, was charged May 6 on a warrant for contempt of court.

Megan E. Tapp, 24, Madisonville, was charged May 7 on warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.

Daniel W. Martin, 51, Madisonville, was charged May 7 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, no registration plates and no registration receipt.

Steve W. Gary, 39, Dawson Springs, was charged May 8 on a warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Jonathan R. Ruby, 34, White Plains, was charged May 8 on warrants for parole violation and failure to appear.

Carroll J. Reeves, 41, Madisonville, was charged May 8 on a warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
