shooting arrest 2 300HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (5/15/14) — Hopkinsville Police have made another arrest in connection with the May 7 shooting that occurred in the areas of East Second Street and South Vine Street, and also East Fourth Street and Campbell Street.

Joel Catlett, 29, of Hopkinsville was charged May 14 for three counts of assault first degree, and wanton endangerment. Darryl Dobson, 23, of Hopkinsville, and Robert Earl Jackson, 29, of Hopkinsville were both charged May 8 for the incident.

HPD has released the names of the victims in the incident as followed:

  • Teron Renell Mayes, 30, of Hopkinsville was shot once in the leg and was treated at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

  • Lakisha Andrea McMillian, 25, of Hopkinsville was shot once in the hip and was treated at Jennie Stuart Medical Center and then transferred to Vanderbilt Medical Center.

  • Robert E. Jackson, Jr., 29, of Hopkinsville was shot once in the leg and was treated at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

  • Darryl L. Dobson, 23, of Hopkinsville was shot once in the leg and was treated AT Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
