HPD Looking for Two Armed Robbers

Robbery Suspect 1HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (6/5/14) ― The Hopkinsville Police Department is searching for two white males, who robbed the Kangaroo store on Lafayette Road.

According to Hopkinsville Police, the victim advised police that the suspects entered the Kangaroo gas station from the north on foot with rifles and demanded money and cigarettes.

The two suspects left the gas station with both money and two cartons of Marlboro Red's, valued at $50 each.

Suspects were described as two white males between 5'8 to 5'10, with masks covering the bottom of their faces. One male had no shirt with white shorts and the other was wearing a teal t-shirt with blue jeans.

Hopkinsville Police Department urges anyone who knows any information regarding this incident to contact the Hopkinsville Police Department Detective Section at (270) 890-1500 or the Hopkinsville-Christian County Crime Stoppers at (270) 887-TIPS.
