Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/11/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Paul Boyd, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500 and third degree criminal trespassing at Wal-Mart on Frederica Street.

Jacob Escobar, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and various traffic citations at the intersection of J.R. Miller Blvd. and Carlton Dr.

Richard Harris, 28, of Cannelton, Ind., was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500 at Wal-Mart on Ky. Hwy. 54.

Margareto Hernandez, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years of age.

Charles McHenry, 57, of Owensboro, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration in the 200 block of E. 9th St.

Robin Payne, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500 in the 1100 block of W. 11th St.

Lisa Super, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree disorderly conduct at Owensboro Health.

Jansen Smith, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the 700 block of Belmar Drive.
