mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (6/23/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Monday, June 23.

Joshua Calhoun, 25, of Dixon was charged June 21 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.

Scott Armstrong, 51, of Madisonville was charged June 21 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.

Stephanie Walker, 41, of Earlington was charged June 21 for possession of controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Christina Cartwright, 31, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant and charged June 21 for theft by deception includes cold check under $500 and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer Jared Ward.

Kathy Nally, 36, of Hanson was served an arrest warrant for contempt of court June 22 for Henderson County. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Daniel Hulsey, 27, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant June 21 for fraudulent use of credit card under $500. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Malachi Fields, 35, of Madisonville was charged June 21 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Keenan Johnson, 24, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant June 20 for Warren County. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Samuel Williams, 18, of Madisonville was charged June 20 for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
