mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (6/25/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Wednesday, June 25.

Cody Scott, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant June 24 for probation violation. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Summer Osborne, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant June 24 for theft by deception includes cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Gaylon Betar, 52, of Madisonville was charged June 24 for possession of synthetic drugs, Class B Misdemeanor, illegal possession of legend drug and trafficking in controlled substance. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory and Tyler Russell.

Jennifer Plunkett, 41, of Madisonville was charged June 24 for public intoxication – controlled substance. the arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Debra Carner, 55, of Madisonville was charged June 24 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Stacy Haddock, 26, of Pembroke was served an arrest warrant and charged June 24 for theft by unlawful taking or display all others $500 or more but under $10,000, one headlight, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Matthew Household, 19, of Providence was served an arrest warrant June 24 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
