HC IndictmentsHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (7/11/14) — A Hopkins County Grand Jury recently returned the following indictments:

Cynthia Avalos, of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth.

Clifford Brasher, of Nortonville, possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; and, first-degree persistent felony offender.

Zachary Brinkley, of Providence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and tampering with physical evidence.

Emily Chilcutt, of Madisonville, possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.

Gary Dillingham, of White Plains, eight counts of third-degree rape by engaging in sexual intercourse with a person who was incapable of consenting because of mental retardation or mental incapacitation, or with a child less than 16 years old and the defendant being 21 years of age or older, a Class D Felony.

Harvey Henderson, of Madisonville, two counts of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, cocaine; and, second-degree persistent felony offender.

Tiffany Hibbs, of Madisonville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Oxycodone; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Hydrocodone; first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; and, possession of marijuana.

Ricky Miller, of Central City, second-degree escape and first-degree persistent felony offender.

James Morgan, of Hanson, third-degree burglary.

Nicholas Oakley, of Madisonville, first-degree wanton endangerment.

Michelle Radford, of Madisonville, theft by unlawful taking of more than $10,000 cash, a Class C Felony; and, unlawful access to computer for altering satellite television access cord to obtain programming.

Ronald Radford Jr., of Madisonville, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Robert Robison, of Madisonville, two counts of receiving stolen property valued at more than $500, and receiving stolen property valued at less than $500.

Joshua Sitton aka Joshua Parks, of Madisonville, distribution of obscene matter to a minor.

Tyler Ward, of Nortonville, first-degree sodomy by engaging in deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion or with a person incapable of consent because of physical helplessness or who is under 12 years old.

Daniel Young, of Madisonville, trafficking in marijuana, more than five pounds, weapon enhanced; and, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more.
