escapeTroy S. LyonsCHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (7/21/14) — On Saturday, July 19, 2014, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville was contacted by the Christian County Restricted Custody Care Center in reference to an inmate that escaped.

The escapee was on work release at the James E. Bruce Convention Center in Hopkinsville, Ky. While there, the inmate escaped on foot.

Wanted for Escape Second Degree (Class D Felony) is:

Troy S. Lyons, 36, Male
Race: White
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 187
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown

Mr. Lyons was last seen wearing a red and white sweat shirt style shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. He was incarcerated for Possession Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Persistent Felony Offender, Criminal Possession Forged Instrument Second Degree, and Assault Second.

Mr. Lyons has multiple tattoos.
