mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/5/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Tuesday, Aug. 5.

Heather Justice, 27, of Madisonville as charged Aug. 4 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Leslie Gregory.

Kevin Swartz, 27, of Madisonville was charge Aug. 4 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Leslie Gregory.

Alfred Farrow, 31, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for assault in the first degree. The arresting officer was Nathan Lutz.

Brenda Adams, 66, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Stephanie Kirby, 35, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for possession of controlled substance, third degree – drug unspecified, prescription controlled substance not in original container, first offense, leaving the scene of accident – failure to render aid, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Crystal Ball, 37, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Tammy Heltsley, 53, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Christine Britt, 42, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 4 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
