Terry Randolph, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense, license suspended 12 months, plates seized 12 months, $868, serve seven days.

Phillip Whitmer, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs third offence, failure to maintain required insurance, wanton endangerment, operating on a suspended or revoked license, drivers license suspended 24 months, $1,228, serve 60 days.

Jeremy Wingfield, theft by unlawful taking/gasoline, $283.

Jonathan Gregory, volatile substance abuse, public intoxication controlled substance excludes alcohol, $421, serve 90 days.

Matthew Cobb, regulations necessary to implement KRS 150 purpose, $203.

Robert Jewell, speeding 23 mph over the limit. $192.

Brian Brooks, failure to wear seatbelt, $25.

Tommy Massey, possession of a controlled substance third degree, $253.

Roger Risinger, disorderly conduct, $183.

Elvis Howard, alcohol intoxication in a public place, $208.

April Sorrells, criminal trespassing, possession of controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, $1056, serve 60 days.

Eric Bryan, receiving stolen property under $10,000, $408, serve 30 days.

Jason Foster, receiving stolen property under $10,000, $408, serve 30 days.

William Frazier, alcohol intoxication in a public place, $263.

David Brooks, public intoxication controlled substance excluding alcohol. $258.

Brenda Campbell, assault fourth degree child abuse, $183, serve 30 days.

David Cloud, traffic in marijuana less than eight ounces, $586.

Scott Ford, theft-receipt of two or more stolen credit/debit cards, theft by unlawful taking under $500, $630.40, serve 60 days.

Jeffery Gunn, failure to produce insurance card second offence, one headlight, expired reg/plates, $1,143, serve 10 days.

Samantha Oakley, receiving stolen property under $500, $446.

Mattie Lear, theft by unlawful taking-shoplifting, drug paraphernalia, public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol, $846, serve 60 days.

Christopher Vincent, traffic in marijuana less than eight ounces, drug paraphernalia-deliver/manufacture, $710.25, serve 30 days.

James DeArmond, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, no operators/moped license, $798, license suspended 30 days, serve 10.
