Kentucky State Police Investigate Accident With Injuries

traf acc w inj300DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (3/26/13) – An Owensboro man was injured in a single vehicle accident on Newbolt Rd. Monday afternoon at approximately 2:12 p.m.

According to Kentucky State Police Post 16, Stephen Carden, 46, was driving east on Newbolt Rd. when he apparently hit a slick spot on the highway and lost control of his car. Authorities said Carden ran off the right side of the road and struck a telephone pole. He was taken to OMHS by ambulance for treatment of minor injuries.
