bicycle 300OWENSBORO, KY (5/24/12) – The Owensboro Police Department wants to remind the community to secure bicycles when not in use, even at your home.

Officers have responded to several calls for service involving stolen bicycles in recent days.

In order to prevent becoming a victim of theft, place your bicycle inside your home or garage, or if you are away from home, use a lock to keep your bicycle secure.
