Two-Vehicle Rollover on KY 54

rollover accident redblue 300OWENSBORO, KY (6/11/12) – On Monday, June 11, 2012, at approximately 10:26 AM, Kentucky State Police (KSP) officials responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on KY 24.
 
Once on the scene, Troopers found that Sherman Jaggers was traveling southbound on Karns Grove Road operating a 2007 Ford Truck. Jaggers failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Kentucky 54 striking Joseph Howard as he was traveling westbound on Kentucky 54, causing both vehicles to overturn.
 
Jaggers had to be extricated from his vehicle. Both drivers were transported by EMS to Owensboro Medical Health System.
 
Jaggers is being treated for a serious head injury. Howard is being treated for injuries to head and ribs.
