•Food stored improperly

Hampton Inn - 100

HCJ Culinary Program – 96 (Hopkins County Jail)
Minor violations:
•Dish racks stored on floor
•Eggs improperly stored
•Plastic bottle needs labeled

Hammack-More House B&B - 100
No violations

The Lake House – 100
No violations

Mi Pueblo – 100
No violations

Paradise Treats – 100
No violations

Ruby Lodge – 100
No violations

South Side 8 Ball – 98
Minor violations:
•Eggs stored on top shelf in cooler

West Hopkins Accelerated School – 99
Minor violation:
•Fan in need of cleaning in kitchen area

The next food training class will be on June 11, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.
