robber outdoorOWENSBORO, Ky. (6/5/13) – A 43-year-old Owensboro man is in custody on charges of First Degree Robbery – Facilitation in connection with an ongoing investigation into a reported break-in at a home in the 2300 block of W. 8th Street early Monday morning.
 
Owensboro Police said today Dejohnna C. Douglas was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
 
Authorities responded to the reported break-in around 2:25 Monday morning, where two subjects allegedly assaulted a friend of the homeowner. The victim told police one of the subjects brandished a handgun and fired, but no one was hurt.
 
The investigation is continuing.
