breakingnews FATALACCIDENT 300TELL CITY, Ind. (7/8/13) – Perry County, Ind., authorities reported that an Owensboro man has died from a fall at the Waupaca Foundry in Tell City, Ind., Saturday Evening.

Bobby Felty, 45-year old of Owensboro, was pronounced dead at the scene after the scaffolding he as working on gave way, leading to an approximate 55-foot fall. Officials said Felty wasn’t wearing any safety devices at the time of the accident.

Felty was an onsite contract worker with Stewart Industrial of Owensboro. Managers at Stewart Industrial’s office in Owensboro declined to comment on the death citing the current investigation underway.
