Police Arrest Second Suspect in Ongoing Robbery Investigation

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/18/13) – A second person has been arrested in the investigation of an alleged break-in and assault in the 2300 block of W. Eighth St.

 

Owensboro Police today charged I.B. Embry, 35, Owensboro, with First Degree Robbery. He was taken to the Daviess County Detention Center.

 

Embry and Dejohnna Douglas, who was arrested on June 5, are accused of breaking into the W. Eighth St. residence and stealing a wallet and set of keys. In the initial report, authorities alleged one of the two assailants brandished a handgun and fired a shot that missed the victim.
