Robot Camp Gives Young Girls Experience in Engineering

aqua robotLEXINGTON, Ky. (8/5/13) – Friday marked the end of the second University of Kentucky Aquabots summer camp. Young girls from around the Lexington area and beyond spent the week learning how to design and program Lego robots that would function under water. The last day gave the campers’ friends and family the opportunity to visit the camp to see what the girls had been up to over the week.

SurfKY's David Gillum was there to watch as the campers submersed their robots one final time for all to see.
