robbery arrest 2OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/19/13) – Two people are in custody on charges of robbery after they allegedly assaulted a 79-year-old Slaughters man in the 1200 block of W. 9th St. and took money and a cell phone belonging to him on Sunday around 4:20 p.m.
 
Owensboro Police said Amy Jones, 29, no address listed, and James Spence, 33, Owensboro, were arrested during the course of investigation and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
 
Spence is also charged with Tampering With Physical Evidence.
