Owensboro Police Seek Robbery Suspect

Robbery 01 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/27/13) – The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a robbery that allegedly occurred on Monday, Aug. 26 at Kentucky Wesleyan College, located at 3000 Frederica Street.
 
The victim in this incident alleges that at approximately 6:30 p.m. while in the north parking lot of the college, he was forced to the ground by an unknown black male subject. That subject took money from his wallet and left the area on foot. Jones reported a possible injury to his shoulder.  
 
Police describe the suspect as a black male, approximately six-foot three-inches tall, about 250 pounds. He was reportedly wearing a black sock cap and red bandanna over his face, and dark blue jeans.
