Local Police Seek Public's Help

crime stoppers 2013 02 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/10/13) - The Owensboro Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the driver of the vehicle in the video posted below.

In the video, a white sedan can be seen backing up then pulling forward in a gas station parking lot. This is surveillance video captured from the 4200 block of Frederica Street.

Officer Michael Hathaway of the OPD told SurfKY News the person driving this vehicle is a "person of interest" related to a residential burglary that allegedly occurred in July of this year.

Anyone with information is asked to contact OPD at 270-687-8888 or leave an anonymous tip on the Crime Stoppers tip line at 270-687-8484.
