opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/12/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Wednesday, Sep. 11:

Michael W. Whittaker, of the 1800 block of W. 3rd St., was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on charges of First Degree Burglary, First Degree Robbery and First Degree Wanton Endangerment.

Kiefer D. Long, of the 4100 block of Golden Maple Ct., was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on charges of Operating A Motor Vehicle Under The Influence of Drugs/Alcohol/Etc .08 Second Offense, Failure To or Improper Signal and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/Security First Offense.
