Madisonville Police Reports – September 16, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/16/13) – On Monday, September 16, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 12 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Beverly Burchett, 46 of Clay was arrested on September 14 for Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License, Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence and Failure to Produce Insurance. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Tonia Holmes, 39 of Madisonville was arrested on September 14 for Alcohol Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Corey Miller.
 
Rodney Wester, 47 of Mortons Gap was arrested on September 14 for Falsely Reporting and Incident. The arresting officer was Sean McCance,
 
Kimberly Kelly, 39 of Madisonville was arrested on September 15 for Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Leaving the Scene of an Accident/Failure to Render Aid or Assistance. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Carlton Cottner, 47 of Madisonville was arrested on September 14 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Phillip Teague, 18 of Madisonville was arrested on September 15 for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Leslie Phebus, 46 of Mortons Gap was arrested on September 15 for Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Trayvis Hendrix, 26 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 15 for Contempt of Court and Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officers were Brandon Darnell and Kyle Pharris.
 
Stephanie Wells, 24 of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on September 15 for Theft by unlawful Taking and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Jack Mullins, 27 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 14 for Probation Violation. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Bradley Blanton, 25 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 13 for Another Police Agency (Muhlenberg County). The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Isaac Chamberlin, 22 of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on September 13 for Another Police Agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
