OPD Reports Arrests - October 3, 2013

OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (10/3/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity on Oct. 2:

Jason R. Hayes, of the 800 block of W 12th St, was arrested at 1 p.m. on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting Under $500.

Robert A Young, of the 2200 block of W 7th St, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on charges of Driving DUI Suspended License Second Offense, Third Degree Assault of a Police Officer or Probation Officer, Menacing, and Third Degree Terroristic Threatening.

Stephen Tindle, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on charges of Second Degree Burglary.

Joshua E. Walker, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.

Damian W. Clark, of the 500 block of St. Ann St, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine Second or Greater Offense, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

James C. Morton, of the 1100 block of W 2nd St, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamines First Offense, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors First Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Jami S. Barbour, of the 3100 block of Allen St, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.

Jeffrey S. Horn, of the 700 block of Cumberland St, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamines First Offense, and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors First Offense.
