Multi-Agency Investigation Leads to Arrest

meth drug_arrest_300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/3/13) - On Tuesday, Oct. 1, members of the Owensboro Police Department Street Crimes Unit, acting jointly with the Ohio County Sheriff's Office and assisted by the Daviess County Sheriff's Office, investigated allegations of methamphetamine trafficking.

At approximately 10:38 p.m. in the 3500 block of Villa Point, detectives made contact with John H. Roach, 48, Narrows, and seized an amount of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $8000, along with $6000 in cash.

John Roach is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. He is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony.
